By using DESET AI, you agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Service Limitations
DESET AI is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, no testing or monitoring can detect every attack against an LLM application. Our service supplements but does not replace your own security processes and professional audits.
Limitation of Liability
DESET AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
